My goal as a life coach is to help you uncover the hidden potential lying dormant within you and to help that potential emerge and shine. You could compare life coaching to a detector that discovers your diamond in the rough and the cloth that helps polish that diamond so it can finally shine.
This requires raising your fourth level of awareness; the awareness of self. And that’s where my role as a life coach comes in. I guide you through the four levels of awareness, to help you become the objective witness of and a conscious contributor to your physical, mental, and emotional experience.

Food affects your physical, mental and emotional health, which is why it is a crucial part of life coaching. As a life coach, I developed a collection of recipes that use mindfulness food as a tool that analyses and resolves mental and emotional issues.
